Sunshine

One thing Singapore has plenty of is sunshine and when you have family visiting you the sun just simply shines brighter.  We really have had a good four days touring Singapore with our family.

Seafood is a favorite of theirs so we have been ordering seafood in all shapes, sizes and flavors.
This is a giant crab, I tried a bite, I think I was the only one at the table that did not like it.

Yesterday we went to Little India to go shopping at Mustafas, Tekka Wet Market and eat lunch at Banana Leaf Apollo.  The sites and smells of Little India are really a unique experience.

The people are out and about and the village is a buzz with activity, you really do feel like you are walking down the streets of India.

I am so glad that my family is here for two weeks, there is so much to do in Singapore, it would be hard to do it all in less than two weeks.

Today we had a nice time walking down Orchard Road and shopping at Lucky Plaza, there are some good deals to be had at Lucky Plaza, I think all were pleased with our finds today.

As the sun was setting tonight we had an opportunity to capture the memory on camera.

Tomorrow we head to the Botanical Gardens to see the National Orchid Garden the biggest display of orchids in all of Asia and then we will head to Arab Street tomorrow night for a good does of Middle Eastern culture.
