I have been packing the past few days. Scott and I leave on Tuesday for our house hunting trip in Singapore. Really it is apartment hunting, most likely a high rise apartment, very different from the country setting we currently live in. I am not really sure what to expect, heat and humidity are a given, strange foods, new smells, new people, new ways of looking at things. We will only have a week so we are praying that we find a good place for our family to live with in that week and that we can get the utilities included in the rent as we have been told they are sky rocketing right now over there.
The problem with packing is that Scott and I have been watching "LOST" off of Netflix instant download. What is the problem you say? Well I am finding that I want to bring the surgical table with me when we go, after all, you never know when that will come in handy.
On a more serious note, I am finding that I have to limit myself in what I want to bring with, it is only a week.
Scott's Mom has blessed us by coming to our house to watch the boys and see to their home schooling while we are gone and our dog, she gets to go to doggy boot camp. I tell ya she needs doggy boot camp, I hope our friends are still speaking to us when we pick her back up.
