We stayed at Waldorf South Apartments in downtown Sydney. It is not a spectacular room set up, a bit old, not super clean but it also did not break our budget, allowing for more fun funds. The location of the apartments is great, it is an easy walk to the Central Railway Station allowing for easy access to the various harbors in Sydney.
We got some great information at the front desk and were able to walk through Prince Albert Park to the railway station. Sunday is "fun day" in Sydney so you can purchase an all day ticket for all trains, buses, and water ferriers for a mere $2.50 each person.
Sydney Harbor was of course on our list of things to experience while here. We had no idea the fun the day held for us.
The train lets you off right at the harbor. There is a very busy walkway all the way around the harbor with businesses, eateries and street entertainers.
Theses Aboriginal men were playing the didgeridoo.
We placed some money in their bucket and with that, Keegan was invited up to play with them for several minutes.
We did not buy a CD but may go back to get one before returning home.

You can choose to climb the Harbor Bridge to the very top and stand by the flags, we did not today but might before we leave.
The Sydney Opera House is lined along two levels with various eateries.
The weather was great so we did eat at the Opera House Kitchen sitting outside enjoying the sun, breeze and view.
There are many activities to choose from along the harbor. One of which was a Jet Stunt boat ride. Scott and the boys geared up and off they went for some crazy wet fun.
On our walk back to our apartment we came across this really big tree.
Our day ended at a mall with dinner at Hard Rock Cafe Sydney.
